Stray Kids is a South Korean boy group formed by JYP Entertainment, one of the prominent entertainment companies in the K-pop industry. The group officially debuted on March 25, 2018, with their extended play (EP) titled “I Am NOT.” Comprising eight members, Stray Kids quickly gained attention for their unique musical style, powerful performances, and meaningful lyrics.

The members of Stray Kids are Bang Chan, Woojin, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, and Seungmin. Originally, the group included a ninth member, Jisung, but he left the group in 2019 due to personal reasons. Stray Kids is known for being actively involved in the creation and production of their music, with Bang Chan serving as the group’s leader and main producer.

One of the distinctive aspects of Stray Kids’ music is its emphasis on self-production and meaningful storytelling. The group often addresses issues such as mental health, identity, and societal pressures through their lyrics, making a strong connection with their fans, known as “Stay.” Stray Kids’ discography covers a wide range of genres, including hip-hop, EDM, rock, and pop, showcasing their versatility as artists.

Some of Stray Kids’ notable songs include “Hellevator,” “District 9,” “My Pace,” “Side Effects,” “God’s Menu,” and “Back Door.” Their music videos are known for their visually striking concepts and choreography, which has helped them build a solid international fanbase.

In addition to their musical pursuits, Stray Kids has been actively engaged in various reality shows, such as the pre-debut survival show “Stray Kids,” which played a crucial role in forming the group. They have also been involved in numerous variety shows and interviews, allowing fans to get to know the members on a more personal level.

Stray Kids’ success extends beyond South Korea, as they have gained popularity globally and have embarked on international tours. They have received several awards for their achievements, solidifying their position as a leading group in the K-pop industry.
